Differentiate a family-owned craft beer bar in a competitive Baltimore market by owning niche positioning no competitor could replicate. Through strategic content, community partnerships, and event-driven storytelling, the vision was to evolve The Brass Tap Baltimore from "another sports bar" into multiple destination identities: Baltimore's IU Bar, the city's only live jazz brunch, and a craft beer haven with 60+ taps.
